What is The Static Output?

THE STATIC OUTPUT is a body of work, a collection of cultural initiatives, which generally take the form of PUBLICATIONS,
usually magazines or other publicated multiples, such as booklets,
CDs or cassettes. For example--

Public works : An extension of THE TAPE-BEATLES project (1987-1994), which forms a body of works consisting of "syntheties" compositions using concrete music and tape collage techniques. New CD available! It's called MATTER! Click! Order!
